What small tweaks to pre-landers or order forms have noticeably lifted your CR lately?

Hey everyone, has anyone else been messing around with tiny changes on their pre-landers or checkout forms lately? I swear, last month I was stuck at this flat CR on a couple of nutra campaigns, nothing crazy but decent volume. Then I tried shrinking the form fields down to just name, phone, and country instead of asking for a full address right away—boom, bumped up like 18-20% almost overnight. Felt kinda dumb for not doing it sooner, but hey, sometimes the simplest stuff hides in plain sight. What small tweaks have actually moved the needle for you guys recently? Curious if it's more about headlines, buttons, trust badges or what.

Yeah that form simplification thing makes total sense, I've seen similar lifts when I cut out unnecessary steps too. For me, one of the best recent wins was switching up the order form progress bar—added a subtle one that shows "Step 1 of 2" with a quick reassurance line like "Your info stays safe" next to it. People seemed less hesitant to finish, especially on mobile where drop-offs hurt bad. Also played with moving the main CTA button higher up after the first few fields, kinda forces the momentum. Nothing revolutionary, but those little flow adjustments added up. If you're testing stuff in this space, then i Heard a lot of positive feedback about Everad. https://everad.com/ has some solid options to run splits without overcomplicating things—personally I like how straightforward their setup feels compared to juggling a bunch of scripts. Anyone else notice big differences just from button color or copy tweaks?
